KIDS MINISTRY AT CELEBRATION

A creative and safe place where children get to meaningfully experience Christ, The Bible, Worship and Friendship.

ABOUT CELEBRATION KIDS

We partner with parents to help kids build their own spiritual foundation by learning about Jesus and the Bible through fun, age-appropriate worship and activities so they can understand the simple truth that Jesus loves them. From infancy to 5th grade, Celebration Kids will go through the entire Bible three times.

Our Kids services are happening in person at all locations.

Our Nursery Dream Team is ready and equipped to care for the littlest of babies.

Kids under two are welcome into a safe, fun, and stage-appropriate environment just for them.

Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident leaving your precious one in our care to have your worship experience distraction-free.

NURSERY

From singing and worshiping to a delicious snack time, we’ve got your preschooler covered!

We teach your child that God loves them endlessly while showing them that church is a fun place to be.

PRE-SCHOOL

KINDERGARTEN & ELEMENTARY

These rooms include a time of exciting worship, incredible teachings with an engaging object lesson, and of course games!

We strive to create an environment where your child not only has fun but also receives the message of Christ.

We offer a Special Needs classroom at our Georgetown Location during select services.

Email kids@celebration.church for more information.

This is a space where kids who may get overwhelmed in bigger classroom environments can come to enjoy service and learn the Bible story at their level.

Every child matters and our goal is to help them understand the good news that Jesus loves them.

SPECIAL NEEDS

FAQs

  • All services at our Georgetown, Central Austin, and Leander locations offer Celebration Kids.

Special Needs is offered at select Georgetown services.

  • We offer two types of check-ins for your convenience: self-check-in and a manned station.

Once you are in our system, you may begin using the self-check-in option by simply entering your phone number. Your first time at check-in will involve meeting face-to-face with our team who will fill out basic information about you and your child(ren).

  • Safety is our number one priority in Celebration Kids. First and foremost, no one is allowed to enter the KiDS space without a printed security tag. Each security tag has a unique alphanumeric code. Both your child and the parent/guardian receive a matching security tag upon check-in.

Once your child enters into a Celebration Kids classroom, they will only be allowed to leave with the person in possession of their matching security tag.

  • For the safety of the children, we don’t allow anyone who has not gone through our in-depth onboarding process into the classrooms.

  • If we need to get ahold of you for any reason, we will send you a text or communicate with you by placing your child’s security tag code on the screen in the main auditorium.

  • All Dream Team members 18 or older must have a background check and child abuse awareness training before serving on the Celebration Kids team.

  • Your child is not required to bring anything to come into Celebration Kids.

However, most parents of younger babies bring a diaper bag with a bottle for their growing baby. If you are worried about your preschooler getting hungry, we’ve got them covered with snack time, including everyone’s favorite, Veggie Straws.

For elementary-aged kids, it’s a great idea to have them bring their Bible to earn Celebration Kids Tickets that they can later redeem for prizes.

  • While filling out your child’s information for the first time, we will ask if your child has any medical or behavioral concerns that we should be aware of.

These will appear on your child’s printed security tag so our team members are aware. For everyone’s safety, the Celebration

Kids' space is a peanut-aware environment.

  • We ask that if your child shows signs of illness or has had a fever within the last 24 hours, you not bring them to church. If they are placed into our care and become ill after arrival, we will contact you to come and pick them up.
