year in-review
2025

dear celebration church family,

As we look back on this incredible year, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for your faith, your generosity, and your devotion to the work of Jesus. From January through September, we united under the call to go Higher in our faith. And you did. As a church, we rose in worship, sacrifice, prayer, outreach, and bold steps of obedience. Because of your commitment, we witnessed God move in ways that continue to amaze us.

This report is more than numbers and accomplishments. It is a collection of stories, moments, and miracles that remind us of what God can do through a willing church. Lives were changed, families were restored, communities were served, and the Gospel reached farther than ever before. We celebrate every testimony and praise God for all He has done in and through you.

Now, we stand at the threshold of a new era in the life of our church. As we turn the page into Jubilee, we step into a volume of our story anchored in Isaiah 61: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me…” This anthem calls us to remember and rejoice: Look what God has done. Dream what God will do. We believe the year ahead will be marked by renewal, restoration, and fresh hope as we continue to proclaim the good news of Jesus. Thank you for building this house with us. We love being your pastors, and we are believing for even greater impact this 2026 year.

Let's experience Jubilee together!

darla & drew's story

Darla had been praying for a long time for her husband Drew and their family to thrive in their faith. She came to realize the best way forward was for her to serve her husband and family, to fiercely pray, and allow the Lord to take the lead—and He did! They've begun attending Celebration Church in Leander/Liberty Hill each week. Drew joined a men’s small group and rapidly began to grow in his relationship with Christ. This summer, Darla’s relationship with the school district and Drew’s position at Amazon allowed massive opened doors for Celebration Church to lead disaster response efforts for the flooding in our area. God has blessed the Saldana’s this year and allowed them to be a blessing! Recently, they were all baptized, marking their family legacy as followers of Christ!

alex & vandi's story

Being part of small groups like Radiant Sisters and Celebration Men has had a huge impact on our marriage. Vandi joined Radiant Sisters first and found a community where she realized she wasn’t alone, built meaningful friendships, and grew deeper in her relationship with the Lord. Alex later began attending Celebration Men, and quickly experienced the strength of brotherhood and shared struggles. Through these groups, we’ve both grown in our faith and found people who walk alongside us. We’re incredibly grateful for the small groups and community at Celebration that have helped shape our faith and our relationship, and we’re excited for what God has ahead.

noah's WAVE story

Through WAVE, my relationship with God has grown so much. I found real community, friends, and leaders who support and guide me in the right direction. What used to feel kind of fake became real and personal in high school. Now, after WAVE Discipleship Camp this Summer, I’m leading two small groups, one with friends and one at my school, and I feel confident in my faith. My life has changed forever because of WAVE.

Parenting on Purpose is about raising kids with intention, not by default. This five-session experience creates space for parents to grow, learn, and connect with other parents while gaining clarity on their role, recognizing the season they’re in, and intentionally shaping the values they’re passing on.

PEOPLE SERVED ON AN OUTREACH TEAM

In 2025, Celebration Serves showed up with strength and made a real impact across our metroplex. We rushed to support families during the Central Texas floods, blessed single mothers through our oil change outreach, restored neighborhood homes, invested in mentorship programs, and delivered hope across our community.

The Pando app has become a vital discipleship tool within our correctional locations. While in-person services invite incarcerated men and women to belong to the local church, Pando equips 10,000+ inmates to live out their faith throughout the week. Through chaplain-provided iPads, inmates can access full sermon series, worship, and biblical teaching—often their only opportunity to consistently return to God’s Word. Pando helps move them from momentary inspiration to daily transformation in their walk with Christ.

the world

Together, we advanced the gospel across the world this year. In Mozambique, we raised future leaders through the School of Champions, sponsored children with food, clothing, and education, and expanded our ministry by breaking ground on the new Tembene church facility.

Total Children in the Sponsorship Program

Alberto grew up in the Patrice community and has been part of the Sponsorship Program for many years. At 18, he completed Grade 12 (an uncommon achievement in his community). After losing his father, he helped care for his mother and siblings while continuing school. He hopes to become an accountant to support his family. After hearing Alberto’s story, his sponsor helped the family start a small goat cheese business. Alberto created a simple plan and is taking responsibility as the project begins to show promise. Alberto attends Celebration Church’s Patrice campus and remains focused on his faith, family, & future.

IN FIRST 4 WEEKS OF NAPLES CAMPUS

In Italy, we celebrated the Grand Opening of our new Naples church building, creating a vibrant home for thousands and strengthening our ministry to American military families. Through Strong Church, we developed pastors across Europe who lead with courage and preach Jesus with clarity. We also continued to bring the hope of God’s Word to children worldwide through One Hope, Serve Source, Convoy of Hope and missionaries around the world.

NUMBER OF YOUNG ADULT MILITARY

Frank Feitz, a single, U.S. Navy sailor, has been stationed here for over a year and began attending our church four months ago. Shortly after, he encountered Jesus, gave his life to Christ, and was baptized. Since then, he has served every Sunday.

He spent time in the foster care system, and because of the pain, rejection, and lack of hope he experienced in his early years, he had previously rejected Jesus. Recently, during a church outreach to local foster homes, he shared his personal story with the children. They were deeply encouraged as they saw what God had done in his life.

Now that he knows Christ, he is passionate about showing foster youth that true hope exists in Jesus. Today, he helps lead a student group on base and is actively involved in our young adult group, using his story to point others toward healing and faith.

A Story of Faith and Favor

Celebration Church began with fifty-four people in a library room and a vision that outgrew every space we stepped into. From Eagle’s Nest Street to the Wingate Hotel to Chisholm Trail, God met us in every season with open doors, unexpected miracles, and people who believed this church was worth building together. Our beginnings were simple, but the movement was unmistakable.

A Home Called The Hill

God fulfilled a long held promise when the Barton family entrusted our church with 110 acres dedicated for His kingdom. What began as a bold declaration became our permanent home. The Hill has become a place where families find Christ, students discover calling, and generations gather in worship with joy and expectation.

A People Who Build Together

Celebration has always been a church where everyone participates. Volunteers transformed hotel rooms into sanctuaries, planted sod by hand to open our first building, and gave sacrificially to secure the land we now call home. We grew not because of perfect conditions but because of a faithful God and a committed church family.

A Church With a Global Heart

God has called Celebration to plant and pastor churches across the world. We founded Celebration Church Mozambique, a growing movement of local congregations supported by the School of Champions, which is shaping a new generation of leaders. We also founded Celebration Church Italy, with locations in Naples and Caserta that serve both local communities and American military families stationed overseas.

Our global reach continues to expand as we prepare to minister to American military communities in Spain beginning in 2026.

This same heart for people fuels our work inside Texas correctional facilities, where men and women are finding salvation, discovering purpose, and stepping back into the free world with renewed hope in Christ.

A Legacy of Life Change

For twenty five years, God has allowed us to witness moments that shape eternity. Every number carries a face, a story, and a future changed by Christ.

The Celebration Continues

We thank God for every miracle and every step of the journey. We thank every member who prayed, served, invited, gave, and believed God for more. The first-twenty five years built a foundation we celebrate with joy. The next twenty-five hold even greater opportunity to lift the name of Jesus and reach generations yet to come.

cole's story

Austin Christian University equips students like nowhere else. Its focus on Christ, Craft, and Culture has strengthened my identity in Jesus while connecting me with elite leaders in my field. I’ve had opportunities to pitch business ideas to top Christian investors and build alongside servant-hearted CEOs. The community here feels like a family being guided by world-class mentors. Through Fellow Fridays and weekly Chapels, I gain practical spiritual and leadership insight from some of the best. ACU doesn’t just teach you; they steward your gifts and help you step into your calling.

lake travis

In 2025, we stepped into a new season of growth across Central Texas. Our Lake Travis location launched in the Hill Country Galleria and the response has been overwhelming as new believers gather and services continue to multiply. This was a Legacy initiative from 2024 that came to life this year in a powerful way.

leander/liberty hill

We also celebrated continued strength and momentum at our Leander Liberty Hill location, and through Legacy we began the journey toward a permanent future home for that community. God is enlarging our reach across Texas and we are building strong Christians in every direction.
